Purchase Order documents
Every purchase order issued by FAMAX Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. incorporates the documents on this page. They set out the commercial terms, the shipping and invoicing instructions, the standards of conduct we require, and the quality requirements that apply to your supply category. Please read them before acknowledging an order.
By acknowledging a purchase order, commencing performance, or delivering any part of the goods, the Supplier accepts these documents.

Notes
- Revision in force. The revision that applies to your order is the one stated on the face of the purchase order, not necessarily the latest revision shown here.
- Appendix lettering (from 1 October 2026). The FAMAX appendix series now runs A to F. Consumables (formerly Appendix F, FMX-PUR-A-IVF) is now Appendix E (FMX-PUR-A-IVE), and Chemical Analysis & Testing Services (formerly Appendix G, FMX-PUR-A-IVG) is now Appendix F (FMX-PUR-A-IVF).
- AS9100. FAMAX is working towards AS9100 certification. The aerospace requirements in Appendices B, C and D apply only to orders that name them on the face of the purchase order.
- Supplier terms are not accepted. Any terms proposed by a supplier — on quotations, order acknowledgments, invoices, delivery notes, websites or otherwise — that add to, differ from or conflict with these documents are expressly rejected.
